To qualify for return, items need to remain unused, kept in original packaging and in resalable condition. Products with obvious signs of heavy use or damaged original packaging may not be accepted for return. Return shipping is free for eligible returns.

Before sending items back, you must submit a return request by emailing our support team. Our team will send you return instructions once your request gets approved. Items returned without prior approval may not be processed.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Partial Refunds
